About Bakkar

A machinery supplier that got tired of bad film, and built a packaging plant.

Founded in Aleppo in 2005. Today we print laminated rollstock and manufacture ready-made bags for the food, coffee, spice, detergent and cosmetics brands of this region — and we still supply and service the packaging machines we started with.

Printed film rolls, pouches and zipper stand-up bags produced at our Aleppo plant
Printed rollstock and finished pouches, straight off our Aleppo floor.

Two lines, one factory

Packaging is never off the shelf. That is why we do not publish prices — we ask what you are packing, and we quote it properly.
Bakkar Printing & Packaging — Aleppo

Whose packs we print

Every name here is a bag we printed and manufactured in Aleppo. The packs themselves are in the catalogue.

What we can do

Everything the bag needs, on one floor

Everything under one roof in Aleppo — nothing is sent out to a third party.

Structures we build

How your bag gets made

Every stage happens here

Eight steps from your artwork to your loading dock.

By the numbers

What twenty years adds up to

These are the figures we can stand behind: the year we started, the presses and colours we run, the structures we build, the brands on our packs and the agents who represent us. We do not publish tonnages or customer counts we cannot show you.

Why customers stay

Quality you can check, and a name behind it

Our customers do not buy a bag once. They come back because the second run matches the first, because the machines keep running, and because the phone gets answered.

Our guarantee

Every job is produced against a sample we approve together. If what we deliver does not match that sample, it is our problem and we put it right. That has been the rule since 2005.

  • Checked, not claimed

Bond strength, seal integrity, burst, thickness and colour are tested against the approved sample before a single box leaves the building.

  • One roof, one responsibility

Artwork, printing, lamination, slitting and bag making all happen in our building. Nothing is sent out to a third party, so nothing can be blamed on one.

  • Spare parts on the shelf

The machines we supply are backed by spare parts we keep in Aleppo. A stopped line is not a shipping problem you should have to solve on your own.

  • Maintenance by the people who installed it

The engineers who commission your machine are the ones who come back to service it and to train the operators who will run it.

  • A fair price, quoted properly

There is no price list because there is no standard bag. We quote the structure, the material, the colours and the quantity you actually need — and we say so when a cheaper structure will do the same job.

  • The same people, every time

You deal with the same team from the first artwork file to the last pallet. Twenty years on, our first customers still call the same number.
