We started by supplying the machines. We ended up printing the film that feeds them — and making the bags that come off it. بدأنا بتوريد الآلات، وانتهينا إلى طباعة الفيلم الذي يغذّيها — وتصنيع الأكياس التي تخرج منه.
The machine was fine. The film was not. الآلة كانت سليمة. أمّا الفيلم فلا.

Pre-press, cylinder engraving, printing, lamination, slitting and bag-making all happen on the same floor in Aleppo. Nothing is sub-contracted, so nothing gets lost between two suppliers — and the person who answers your call can walk to the press.

From the file you send us to the pallet we deliver. You approve a physical sample before the run starts — never a screen.
Nothing here carries a price. The structure, the material, the size, the thickness, the colours and the quantity all move the number — so we specify it with you first, then quote it. لا شيء هنا يحمل سعراً. فالتركيب والمادة والقياس والسماكة والألوان والكمية تُغيّر الرقم كلّها — لذلك نحدّد المواصفات معكم أولاً، ثم نضع العرض.

A pouch fails in one of five places, and every one of them is measurable. So we measure them, against the sample you signed off — not against a memory of it. يفشل الكيس في واحد من خمسة مواضع، وكلّها قابلة للقياس. لذلك نقيسها، بمقارنتها بالعيّنة التي اعتمدتموها — لا بذاكرتنا عنها.
- Bond strength. The laminate does not come apart on your filling line. قوة الالتصاق. الطبقات لا تنفصل على خط التعبئة لديكم.
- Seal integrity. Every seal is pressure-tested, not eyeballed. سلامة اللحام. كل لحام يُختبر بالضغط، لا بالنظر.
- Burst resistance. The bag survives the drop, the stack and the truck. مقاومة الانفجار. الكيس يتحمّل السقوط والتكديس والنقل.
- Thickness & web width. Measured off the reel, not assumed from the order. السماكة وعرض الشريط. تُقاس من الرول نفسه، ولا تُفترض من الطلب.
- Colour density. Read in-line against the approved proof, right through the run. كثافة اللون. تُقرأ أثناء التشغيل بمقارنتها بالبروفة المعتمدة، وعلى طول الإنتاج.

You approve a printed, laminated, made-up bag before the run starts. A screen proof is not an approval — it is a picture of one. تعتمدون كيساً مطبوعاً ومصفّحاً ومصنّعاً قبل بدء الإنتاج. فالبروفة على الشاشة ليست اعتماداً — بل صورة عنه.

Bond, seal, burst, thickness and colour are all read back against it. If a run misses the approved sample, we reprint it — that is the whole guarantee. يُقاس الالتصاق واللحام والانفجار والسماكة واللون بمقارنتها بها. وإن خرجت دفعة مخالفة للعيّنة المعتمدة، نُعيد طباعتها — وهذا هو الضمان كلّه.
