Every run is measured against the sample you approved — and that approved sample stays on file with your cylinder set, so the reprint you order in two years is the same bag.
- Bond strength Every laminated reel is pull-tested for delamination before it is slit.
- Seal integrity Seals are tested on the finished structure, not on a flat strip of film.
- Burst & drop Heavy powder bags are filled and dropped. We do not assume they hold.
- Thickness & web width Measured across the full reel, not only at the edge where it is easy.
- Colour Read against the approved proof under the same light, run after run.
